30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.

If you’re not happy with your Lumelle product, simply contact us within this period and we’ll help arrange a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene reasons, items that have been heavily used or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
