At Lumelle, we aim to deliver your order quickly so you can start enjoying your products as soon as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 working day.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are sent using Next Day Delivery services.

Typical delivery timeframe:

  • Dispatch time: Up to 1 working day

  • Delivery time: Next working day after dispatch

Most customers receive their order within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase, depending on when the order is placed. 3PM is our order cut off time for next day shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, as delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Orders below £20 will be charged £3.99 for delivery, above £20 is free

Promotions such as free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 working days, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Lumelle cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the order before it is dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
